Emergency Closing Information

  • If Ballston Spa is closed and HVCC is open, students will need to attend their college classes, but not their high school classes.  If they do NOT have transportation, they should email their HVCC college professor. 
     
  • If HVCC is closed and Ballston Spa is closed, the program is cancelled for the day.
     
  • If HVCC is closed and Ballston Spa is open, students will attend class remotely on Google Meet beginning at 7:50 AM.
     
  • If Ballston Spa has a 2 hour delay, the program will be remote on Google Meet starting at 9:50 AM.
     
  • If HVCC has a delay with all classes prior to 10 AM cancelled, then students will not have their college classes that day.

Information regarding delays will be sent out through Canvas and by email if a delay occurs.

We consistently send weather related updates on X @CleanTech ECHS and in Canvas to students.
