Clean Tech ECHS Graduates 31 Students

Clean Tech ECHS Graduates 31 Students

The Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School graduated 31 students from schools around the Capital Region on Wednesday, June 12th.  The students received advice from keynote speaker, the Honorable Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner.  They received sincere congratulations and well wishes from Vice President Judith DiLorenzo from Hudson Valley Community College.  Following the graduation, attendees were invited to view the eleventh and twelfth grade Capstone presentations.  The Capstone projects are a culmination of year long learning where students identify a problem, involve stakeholders, collect data, and develop an innovative, realistic, and sustainable solution.  Eleventh grade Capstone presentations focus on environment and sustainability, while twelfth grade Capstone presentations incorporate technology and follow the business model canvas.  For more information on the Early College High School program, please contact ECHS Program Coordinator, Adrienne Snow, asnow@bscsd.org.
